Raq Room Production’s Responsibilities:

Vendor Responsibilities:

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own table(s).
Setup & Teardown.
Vendors are responsible for charging applicable sales taxes and reporting income as per Florida state law and their home state regulations.
Raq Room Productions is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vendor merchandise or property.
Vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes prior to the start of the workshop and/or Revue.
Vendor fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Vendors must bring their own extension cords, if required.
