Raq Room Production’s Responsibilities:

• Social Media and Website promotion.

• Chairs.

 

Vendor Responsibilities:​

• Vendors are responsible for supplying their own table(s).

• Setup & Teardown.

• Vendors are responsible for charging applicable sales taxes and reporting income as per Florida state law and their home state regulations.

• Raq Room Productions is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vendor merchandise or property.

• Vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes prior to the start of the workshop and/or Revue.

• Vendor fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Vendors must bring their own extension cords, if required.

 

Vendor Agreement:

• Please fill out the vendor registration form below or contact us at raqroomproductions@gmail.com for more information.

• Please email your vendor logo and/or shop information (i.e. web address) for promotional purposes.

 

Current Vendor Fee for September Raq Room:

$25

NOTE: The Raq Room workshop will be at the Chapel Creative Collective and the Revue will be at Bayview Senior Center.  Since we will be at 2 locations, we suggest vending at the Revue instead of the Workshop. That being said, if you'd like to set up at both locations, that is also an available option.
